2. Categories of Personal Data We Process

We may process the following business-related personal data:

• Full name

• Job title

• Company name

• Industry and seniority (if available)

We do not process sensitive personal data, personal contact details, or private communications.

3. Where We Get Your Data

Your business profile data may be sourced from publicly available sources via: Apollo.io, a third-party B2B data provider.

Apollo collects and maintains business contact databases based on publicly accessible data sources and third-party contributions. You can learn more about their data practices here.

Form1 does not retain LinkedIn uploads submitted by advisors and does not access private LinkedIn account information.

4. What We Do With Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Internally enrich advisor network data,

• Match profiles to help our clients understand potential advisor relationships,

• Improve the accuracy and relevance of our platform’s internal search tools.

You will not be contacted as a result of this processing. Your data is not used for direct marketing or sales.

5. Lawful Basis for Processing

We rely on Legitimate Interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR to process your business contact data.

Our interest is in facilitating trusted business introductions through verified advisors. This does not override your fundamental rights or freedoms, especially since no direct outreach is made.

We have conducted a Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIA) to ensure this balance.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

Your data is stored securely and is not shared externally. It is not used to make automated decisions or sold to third parties.

Access is limited to internal team members involved in advisor-client matching.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you

• Request correction or deletion (right to erasure)

• Object to processing based on legitimate interests

• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g. ICO in the UK)

8. Retention

We retain this data only as long as it is relevant to platform operations and only in connection with business insights. Original advisor-submitted data is deleted after enrichment.
